We needed two outdoor plugs and a security light fitting in our house and Paul and his team have been brilliant throughout the process. We contacted PB Electrical on Thursday afternoon to have a shower replaced. Spoke to Paul who agreed to look at the job on Friday. I had live wires sticking out in my ceiling after a house move. I called PB Electrical, and they came out within the hour and made the wires safe with a junction box and light fitting quickly and efficiently.

After recently purchasing a property we found several electrical faults with evidence of a small fire, we gave Paul a call, and James was with us first thing the following morning (bang on time). He had a thorough inspection advising us what was required whilst putting our minds at ease, clearly very knowledgeable! That evening we heard back from Paul with a quote which was an excellent price. James was then back to complete the work (on time again) and the outcome is faultless, he was very professional and courteous throughout and his work is of exceptional standard. He cleaned as he went with no mess left behind at all. Overall, our experience was exemplary Paul runs a tight ship and James is a star! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

How refreshing it was to deal with this company after being let down three times by another Electrician. After initial phone call James was at my house within two hours and I had a quote for the work very quickly indeed. James was polite, friendly, and clearly a very knowledgeable guy who told me what options I had for the work I wanted carrying out. The quote was very reasonable, and I requested they go ahead ASAP. All work was fully completed by James the next day in a neat and tidy way. I will defo use these guys again; they have restored my faith in good tradesmen. Thank you so much guys!

Paul recently attended my property to install a Zaapi V2 charger, the installation was done efficiently and to a high standard, all additional parts such as 32a MCB and cabling were supplied and included in quoted cost.

I was seeking a new EICR and PAT testing for my 5 bedroom HMO in St Helens. Living in a completely different part of the country to the property it’s always tricky to find trustworthy electricians who don’t try to hustle you. From start to finish PB Electrical were brilliant!

I called PB Electrical on the Saturday and Paul attended on the Monday at 9am. Paul quickly conducted the requisite tests and established a few issues (earthing errors on a few sockets). Through investigative work Paul identified solutions pointing out the terrible work of my previous electricians along the way who had caused these faults. All issues were rectified efficiently.

Paul kept me fully up to date throughout the process with photos of his findings. I found him to be extremely fair, honest and reasonable with his pricing. It was so refreshing to see an electrician prioritise customer service, completing the work and common decency over seeking payment.
